We pay our damage restoration technicians a competitive wage of $19-$23 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Our team also enjoys excellent benefits and perks, including 40 hours of paid time off per year, a 401(k) plan with 3% company match after 1 year, healthcare options, after hours call-out bonus of $75, a commission for closing jobs on-site, and team outings.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Damage Restoration Technician, we need you to reverse water, mold, and fire damage through demolition, driving company vehicles, communicating with customers, cleaning flooded properties, filling out job sheets, and more.

1 year experience of any sort in damage restoration

Experience in demolition or construction is a must

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to/from the office

Ability to use power tools

Ability to work on-call rotating schedule nights and weekends - one week & weekend per month
