Water Pump/Storage/Quality Technician

We are Demo's Well and Pump Systems. Our owners have over 75 combined years of experience meeting customers' residential water needs, installing well pumps, designing water storage systems, and properly diagnosing and treating water quality issues. We operate out of Arvada and travel nearly anywhere within a 3-hr drive. Our business is growing, and we are looking for capable employees to grow along with us. Although our industry is water, we are looking for A players who have general experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction, and/or landscaping. On-the-job training will help improve the necessary skillsets, but a basic understanding of tools, materials, and job safety is preferred. We work behind pump rigs in variable weather conditions and in mechanical rooms of various sizes. Soft skills such as honesty, work ethic, and problem solving are also valued and will be considered for hiring and compensation.

Employees are given an hourly wage plus 1.5x for overtime, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and 2 sick days per year. Every 6 months, employees are also given a $300 work clothing/boots stipend. All benefits follow a 90-day probationary period. We do NOT currently offer insurance or retirement options. Employees will have a review at 90 days and then at 6 months.
