Seeking Sales person with experience selling to Jails

I am looking for someone in sales who has some years of experience selling to county jails in any state. I have written a software product that every jail needs but reaching the people who make the purchasing decisions has not been easy fore. An experienced person would already know who they need to speak to and how to access them.

Possibly TMI but my product is a desktop app that makes the process of contacting and communicating with bail bondsmen much easier and efficient and considerably cheaper than trying to call using the jail phones which only allow collect calls which many bondsmen don't even answer due to the exorbitant connection and cost per minute fees Securus and others charge.

Every jails needs this software and there are no competing products so the opportunity to make significant residual income certainly exists.
