Insurance Agency Personal Lines CSR (Full or Part-Time)

We are an established Independent Insurance Agency seeking a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to become part of our team! Experience in the industry is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate that desires a career in insurance.

Job Duties:

- Providing excellent customer service to our clients

- Prepare and present quotes; submit quotes to markets as applicable

- Review policies for accuracy; make policy changes as needed

- Identify gaps in our clients' insurance and make recommendations

- Work with team members to improve operations efficiency, implement best practices, and deliver outstanding client service and satisfaction.
