RV/Truck Camper Manufacturing and Production

Outfitter Manufacturing is a fast growing, custom manufacturer of pop-up truck campers located in Longmont, CO. We are looking for dedicated and energetic members of our manufacturing team. Job Aspects:

Fabricate and Assemble components of unique RV camper configurations and corresponding cabinetry and camper bodies

Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time delivery

Wiring of 12v DC and 110v AC systems and plumbing of LP (propane) systems, and their related appliances

Plumbing of fresh water, grey water, and black water RV systems

Transport raw materials by hand, hand-truck, or forklift

Clean finished products, work area, tools, and equipment

Commit to and wear required personal protective equipment at all times with tools, or in areas, where mandatory

Skills and Abilities:

Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions

Basic carpentry skills and experience with a wide variety of power tools

Basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions) and ability to read a tape measure

Familiarity with 12v and 110v wiring, LP systems, and RV water systems

Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening and comprehension skills

Requirements:

Manufacturing, production, carpentry, and/or assembly experience

Complies with safety protocols

Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel and lift for prolonged periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

(Minimum) High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred) Trade School or demonstrable experience in lieu of education

Reliable transportation

Pay Range: $22-$27 per hour depending on experience. Overtime opportunities exist.

Shop Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (40 hours/week required, plus overtime opportunities)
