Entry Level Attorney (Immigration)

Qualifications

▪ Admission to practice law in Colorado or another state ( Some Spanish Required)

▪ Exceptional legal research and writing skills and a willingness to litigate creatively

Responsibilities

The candidate will oversee and manage family-based immigration and removal defense cases under the supervision of Senior Attorney

Prepare and file responses to USCIS requests for evidence
