Paralegal

A busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury law office in Cherry Creek has an immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal.

The perfect candidate will have skills in:

Handling high-profile cases from inception through trial/settlement.

Drafting pleadings, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, etc.

Assisting attorneys with case management from commencing litigation to jury trial verdict

E-Filing in Colorado and Federal courts.

Communicating with clients, witnesses, the courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.

Trial preparation, including jury instructions, exhibit and witness lists, and exhibit notebooks.

Attending trial as needed.

Summarizing depositions, interrogatories and testimony.

Requirements:

Must be organized, detail oriented, hard-working, and enthusiastic

Proficient regarding the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure

Minimum 3 – 5 years of Paralegal experience

A Paralegal certificate or education equivalent
