Job Title: Digital Operations Analyst

Stevinson Toyota West is seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to join their Sales team. Previous dealership related experience preferred.

Compensation: $48,000.00-$66,000.00 Annual Salary

Work Hours: Full Time schedule as defined

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage and support digital operations of sales throughout various platform tools, application of technologies and data mining products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Designated as onsite CRM expert with the responsibly and knowledge to perform marketing and administrative tasks.

Responsible for CRM training at time of hire and on an on-going basis.

Manage CRM campaigns and business rules, along with templates to promote customer engagement.

Collaborate with creative team to create specific email blasts to target consumers who fit criteria to promote sales or service revenue via the CRM.

Set-up and oversee any integration testing with CRM provider.

Expert in inventory integrations needed to maintain accurate information throughout multiple online platforms.

Monitor inventory of dealership website and third party vendors for accurate pricing, pictures and merchandising. Ensure vehicle merchandising is at its highest level to promote engagement and clarity.

Establish ongoing training and coaching to sales team to encourage CRM utilization and application of dealership technologies to meet expectations.

Create continuous lead management processes to promote sales and close rates while providing superior customer experience to guests.

Track and monitor internet sales leads to ensure timely dealership communication.

Continuously follow up with customers throughout the buying process to ensure superior customer experience.

Create and update Craigslist listings for used inventory.

Produce performance reports for continued analysis.

Skills and Requirements

One - three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

English language required (bilingual is a plus)

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
