Custodial subcontractor wanted - Monument CO

Building near I-25 & Baptist Rd in Monument (between CO Springs & Castle Rock)

Schedule is 3X/week: 6.5 hours Monday & Wednesday (after 5PM, must be completed by midnight),

and 9 hours on Friday (can be cleaned after 5PM Friday - midnight Sunday).

We are seeking a TEAM for this location Times listed are total hours for 1 person

Duties: standard custodial including trash removal, floor work (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), cleaning of bathrooms and common areas, and other duties as required.

Only qualified subcontractors please. Must have a business currently registered with the CO Sec'y of State, proof of general liability insurance, and customer references. Other requirements may apply.

Rate: $2400.00 per Month. This position starts on Wednesday, November 20th
