Local Contractor Seeking Help

Local commercial general contractor seeking Carpenter and Working Project Supervisors that are self-supervised, motivated individuals with experience in the commercial tenant finish field. Applicants must have good organizational and communication skills and be able to meet deadlines.

Must have a current valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, personal hand tools, and must be reliable and able to be on time and fully prepared for a productive work day. We are currently looking to fill positions in:

Working Project Supervisors

Carpenters

Labors

Requirements:

Background in all aspects of commercial tenant finish

Carpentry Experience a must

Must be able to do all of the following:

Installation of Cabinets/Counter Tops/Misc Trim

Commercial Finish Carpentry Experience is a plus

Installation of Doors/Wood & Steel Frames

Qualifications

- Strong carpentry skills including trim carpentry and frame carpentry

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to read blueprints and work on construction sites

- Effective communication skills and a valid driver's license

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
