Water Mold Fire Restoration Technician

Restoration 1 of Central Denver in Denver, CO hiring for a water, mold, fire restoration technician. Seasonal work also available for college students/those looking for a seasonal position!

Competitive wage of $20-$24 per hour

Overtime available

40 hours of paid time off per year

After hours call-out bonus of $75, a commission for closing jobs

Job Duties

-Interior demolition and cleaning, packing of items for relocation to complete some jobs

-Setting up commercial drying or cleaning equipment

-Water and sewage extraction

-Understanding of the industry and what needs to be done to set up jobs including containment, dry outs and cleaning

-Driving company vehicles

-Communicating with customers

-Filling out job sheets, using software app on cell phone to photograph and detail jobs

1 year experience of any sort in damage restoration or demolition needed

Experience in light demolition or construction is a must/using power tools

Ability to lift 35+ pounds

Clean background check a must

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and reliable transportation to/from the office - you HAVE to be able to drive our vehicles

Ability to use power tools

Ability to work on-call rotating schedule nights and weekends - one week (weeknights) with weekend per month OR ability to work a 5 day schedule that includes Saturday and/or Sunday example: Tuesday-Saturday work week every week
