Qualified janitorial subcontractor needed - DENVER

We are seeking a qualified janitorial subcontractor to clean a bar in Denver near 6th & Broadway.

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights. Work can start after 11PM and must be completed by 10AM the following morning.

This location takes 1 person 8-9 total man-hours per cleaning. The contractor we are seeking should have a crew of 2-3 available for this location.

To qualify: must have a registered business with the CO Secretary of State, have proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance, and be able to furnish 2 customer references (or have a business card).

Rate: $2800.00 per Month
