HVAC Construction Foreman/ Tech

We are a HVAC company that specializes in residential new construction.

Job Description:

-Manage/ Perform inspection corrections/ Punch list items at many different projects daily as assigned

-Manage Support Installation crews by delivering miscellaneous parts and Furnaces

-Perform warranty corrections at Home Owner occupied homes.

-Manage/ Perform Duct testing on newly roughed in HVAC systems

-Perform on-call duties on a rotating shift.

-Service, troubleshoot new Furnaces and Air Conditioners.

Job Requirements:

-Clean driving record

-Knowledge of reading blue prints.

-Display a sense of urgency on daily tasks
