Prospective employees must be detail oriented and will be accountable for maintaining a schedule to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Summary

1. Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably.

2. Complete disassembly to prepare a repair plan.

3. Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize repair time.

4. Plan work procedure and follow work order for all operations listed.

5. Must be able to disassemble and reassemble vehicle.

6. Be able to assist estimators with orders

7. Must be able to operate a variety of tools skillfully.

8. Must be able to assist estimators with damage assessments.

Qualifications

1. 5 years experience working as an auto body tech preferred.

2. Solid problem solving capabilities.

3. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

4. Ability to keep up and succeed in fast paced working environment.

5. Ability to work well with others and achieve common goals.
