We are currently seeking a professional Grill Cook with significant experience and a Guest Service Representative (Cashier) to join our team.

Position: Grill Cook (Experienced)

We are looking for a disciplined culinary professional to manage our high-volume grill and sandwich station.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a fast-paced flat-top grill station with precision and speed.

Ensure all menu items are prepared to exact brand specifications and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health department regulations.

Manage ticket flow effectively during peak hours (Game Days, Lunch Rushes).

Conduct daily prep work and inventory rotation (FIFO).

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or fast-casual environment.

Strong knowledge of grill temperatures, meat preparation, and assembly.

Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Reliable transportation and a consistent track record of punctuality.

Position: Guest Service Representative (Cashier)

As the first point of contact, you will represent the Krave It brand through professional communication and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process orders using our POS system.

Provide detailed menu knowledge to guests, including upselling specialty items.

Manage phone-in and third-party delivery platform orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.).

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service counter.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or retail customer service.

Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
