Gaming CRM Ops Associate

As Gaming CRM Associate you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM promotional & lifecycle campaigns across the USA and Canada for our Spanish speaking customers.You will support the team in daily tasks such as creating communications, offer pages, testing and executing Gaming CRM campaigns.You will deliver promotional campaigns ensuring localized, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied while adhering to all relevant regulatory and marketing standards. You will prioritize the customer experience and deliver top of the line customer journeys driving retention and loyalty of bet365 users.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 annually.
