Clermont Park Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for our Healthcare Suites. This role is a great fit for a nurse with experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, resident care, care plans, MDS, admissions, and clinical compliance.At Clermont Park, older adults are active members of the community. Residents, families, and team members work together to create a culture of collaboration, citizenship, dignity, and respect.What You’ll DoMonitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.Complete daily rounds to support quality care.Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and care team members.Assist with pre-admission assessments and admission documentation.Coordinate resident care plans and attend care conferences.Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.Serve as a clinical resource during emergencies, urgent needs, or resident changes of condition.Use nursing judgment to recognize signs and symptoms and take appropriate action.Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.What We’re Looking ForCurrent RN license.Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or healthcare suites preferred.Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.Commitment to person-centered care, dignity, and quality outcomes.Pay$42.00–$50.88 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.Why Join Clermont Park?At Clermont Park Senior Living, nursing is more than clinical care.
