opportunity to join our Lakewood, CO team in our Remediation Practice,

which provides high-quality environmental engineering, remediation, and

restoration services to commercial and industrial clients throughout the U.S.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, growth-oriented professional

with technical experience to lead remediation system evaluations,

selection, and designs while guiding a talented team of staff. Woodard &

Curran is seeking a motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, a

demonstrated focus on commercial and industrial clients and safe practices,

and a passion for innovation and technical excellence in the remediation

field.In this role, you will primarily provide environmental engineering support

on remediation and restoration projects throughout the Western United States.

The ideal candidate is a technically focused individual with strong experience

in the investigation, remedial design, and restoration efforts associated

with complex remediation and construction projects. Experience with Superfund

sites, former mine site reclamation/remediation, and interactions with

regulators is preferred. You will lead the technical delivery and QA/QC of

multiple projects, must be familiar with local and federal regulations,

and be able to support marketing and proposal efforts.The position requires a strong communicator with the demonstrated ability to

develop, lead, and mentor project teams, andprovides an opportunity

towork directly with a diverse and tremendously talented team of client

managers, project managers, external consultants, and Woodard

&Curranmid- and staff-level engineers, scientists,geologists and project

administrative professionals who will help you deliver exceptional products to

our clients. You will be an active participant in our delivery system

improvement programs and help lead Practice initiatives. This is an excellent

opportunity for the right individual!Location: Lakewood, CO or Denver, COOffice Preference: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in officeTravel: Up to 25% within the continental USnWhat You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran:

Coordinate the planning and implementation of environmental investigations

across all media.

Prepare feasibility studies.

Remedial implementation (construction support, permitting, design

clarifications).

Develop, coordinate, and provide field oversight of pre-design investigations.

Plan and implement treatability studies and pilot tests.

Evaluate remediation performance and subsurface conditions.

Analyze data and prepare and review technical reports, plans,

calculations, drawings, figures, and technical specifications using

accepted engineering practices and procedures.

Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality,

cost-effective work by others.

Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for

projects.

Perform quality control review of calculations or drawings.

Ensure the technical quality of the work product delivered.

Interacted with and prepared reports for clients and regulatory agencies.

Support construction projects.

Implement Construction quality assurance and quality control principles and

practices.

Supp rt project managers with tasks including budgeting, scheduling, scope

development, and cost tracking.

Prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to internal and

external clients and professional associations.

Mentor staff and aid the development of the next generation of engineers and

technical managers within the Remediation Practice.

Provide input on the development of Woodard & Curran design guidelines and

standards.

Provide technical leadership to Environmental Business staff, with a

specific focus on the Remediation Practice.

Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships that lead to business and

repeat business for the firm.

Assist and or lead on proposal preparation and pursuit of new client and

project opportunities.

Contribute to new and existing Large Account development and management.

Conduct research and innovate within project opportunities to implement new

and improved methods to execute solutions for our work.

Develop and or lead the development of tools to assist in demonstrating

Woodard & Curran's technical leadership.

Mentor staff in technical and task management skill areas.What You Will Need To Succeed:

B.S. (M.S. desirable) in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental

Engineering, or related area of study.

10 to 20+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting

firm.

Professional license (PEin California, Colorado, Montana, and/or New
