General Superintendent

Southland Holdings is looking for a experienced Superintendent with great leadership skills at our Denver, CO DIA Project.Offering – Competitive Pay, Room for Advancement, Health/Dental/Vision & 401K Match and much more!Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors

Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule

Must have Class B License

Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus

Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge

Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule

Solid written and oral communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities.

Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.

Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.

Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.

Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs

Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards

OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.

Enforce company safety regulations
