General Construction- Lead Laborer

Frontier Environmental Services is hiring a General Construction Lead Laborer to work on the Pine Creek Restoration project, located near the Pine Creek Golf Course in Northeast Colorado Springs (Briargate neighborhood). As a Lead Laborer, you will play a vital role in our construction projects by managing a small group of genral labors who provide essential support to our skilled equipment operators and project teams. You will assist in various tasks related to the stabilization and restoration of the Pine Creek. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up fencing.

2. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

3. Demolition: Assist in demolition activities, including the removal of old structures, walls, or fixtures.

4. Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area by picking up debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste properly.

5. Assist Equipment Operators: Support skilled operators by providing tools, materials, and assistance as directed.

6. Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

7. Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision
