Description Robert Half is currently seeking an Education and Events Planning Representative with a company in the real estate industry. This role involves managing the daily operations of educational programs, including course registrations and instructor support, as well as coordinating offsite events such as affiliate expos. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in event logistics. Register individuals for courses and ensure compliance with required coursework for active participation.

Send timely email and phone reminders to course participants regarding upcoming sessions and deadlines.

Process payments over the phone for course registrations and related materials.

Prepare and distribute new member packets via mail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Facilitate check-in procedures for onsite classes, including setting up refreshments and snacks.

Coordinate logistical support for instructors, such as room setup, printing certificates, and assembling educational materials.

Plan and execute offsite events, including venue selection, bidding, and obtaining quotes for accommodations.

Ensure event logistics meet requirements, such as room capacity and travel accommodations for hosts and speakers.

Assist in arranging travel accommodations for board members and staff attending events throughout the year, including registrations, hotel bookings, and meal planning.

Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in documentation management, including handling receipts and maintaining records.

Ability to order food for events, with consideration for diverse dietary needs and food allergies.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in education administration or event planning is preferred.

Familiarity with payment processing systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in sourcing venues and catering options.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in event planning or related fields is a plus.
