Help Desk Analyst

Description We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with proficiency in Active Directory management, O365 administration, imaging systems, and hardware support. The Help Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring end-user satisfaction across our organization.

Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, including password resets, group memberships, and access controls.

Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

Perform system imaging and deployment for new computers and devices.

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and procedures for knowledge base and training purposes.

Assist in maintaining hardware inventory and asset management records.

Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on hardware and software usage.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.
