Shipping Operator

Sika is looking for an experienced Shipping Operator to support our shipping and receiving operations for our Brighton, CO site.  In this role, you’ll handle finished goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll work under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager while playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.Specific ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficientlyPick, pull, and prepare customer orders using shipping pick listsLoad and unload trucks with accuracy and careOrganize, stack, wrap, and stage products for outbound shipmentsReceive inbound materials and store them in proper warehouse locationsInspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, shortages, or discrepanciesVerify shipments against Bills of Lading and report any issues promptlyUse RF scanners to track inventory and maintain system accuracyPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
