We are a small permaculture design-build-maintain company, locally owned since 1999.

We are looking for Skilled and Enthusiastic Landscape Craftsmen with some experience who can hit the ground running and who also wants to learn, grow and develop with us.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Positive attitude

Self-motivation

High sense of integrity

Love to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physically fit and able to lift 45+ lbs safely

Willingness to learn and be part of a team

Reliable transportation to job sites in Lyons and Boulder area.

WAGES

GENERAL LABOR starts at $21 to $23 per hour, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Skilled SPECIALISTS start at $24 to $30 per hour.

→Design positions are hired internally from people with Urban Oasis field experience
