Stylists & Barbers Wanted

Whether we are cutting, styling, or using a unique color technique, we work collaboratively as a team to best meet our client’s needs. This approach is based upon a shared vision for the client and the business as a whole.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is ready to join the team as an Stylist and or barber. Working within Kantor & Company’s collaborative team environment will both push you to your creative limits as well as providing support when needed. We expect that you take care of your clients as if they were a member of your family and will support you in any way we can on that journey.

Stylist/barbers are licensed professionals only. A Stylist/barber must adhere to the following expectations and cleaning regulations as laid out by DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies).

Requirements

You must be licensed in the state of Colorado

Desire and willingness to learn and work collaboratively as a critical part of the Kantor & Company team.

You must bring a positive attitude, add value to the team, and promote our culture.

Must be comfortable cutting ALL lengths of hair. Short, medium and long. Men, women, children or trans haircuts.

Payment:

Starting out, a Stylist/barber is to receive either their agreed-upon hourly wage or 45 % of the commission of service totals ( whichever is higher) plus tips. 10% retail commission will be applied toward an employee’s education fund once the minimum of $200 retail sales is reached during any given pay period. This savings account is to be used for supplies, work related classes for said Stylist/barber, and other such expenses associated with professional development and continued education. A Stylist/barber who meets their benchmarks can earn up to 50% commission + tips.

Booth Renting Option

Do you have a thriving styling business of your own? Miss working with a team? Come meet us! We love working with a wide variety of talents. It would be a joy to have a wider variety of perspectives to draw inspiration from. Booth renters can enjoy attending in-salon education and be a part of our photoshoots. For an additional fee, they also can have the option of using our front desk team, scheduling software and supplies.
