iOS and Android App developer wanted

I have paid for the development of a mobile application on iOS and Android. The application is complete, but there are some bugs and I am struggling with back-end support. What I need is CTO. The app is a paid subscription model, I am willing to formalize part-ownership of the application and split profits.

This application helps users block out distractions on their mobile phones with a unique set-up that increases adherence over competitors. The app in it's current state won't be a block-buster, but with 1,000 monthly users would generate $7,000/month total minus taxes/ store expenses. I think with the right partner, and a great app, we can go significantly higher than that number, with marketing efforts on my end.

I think for the right person this is a very easy project with potential for nice profits. Need someone trustworthy and who can demonstrate proficiency and references with with de-bugging, updating apps, and getting them onto the Apple and Google stores.
