REQUIREMENTS:

Experience selling outdoor living spaces is a MUST!

We are hiring a Salesperson to support our Northern Division (Fort Collins to Broomfield). That said, we receive leads as far south as Castle Rock and there will be an opportunity to take on additional leads further South.

Ambitious and motivated to source your own leads, particularly during slow times. This requires creativity and networking skills with an ability to think outside of the box.

Punctuality is a must! From arriving at the client’s home ON TIME to delivering estimates quickly, this position requires the salesperson to be dependable on all fronts.

Tenacious in building lasting relationships with partners and associates to further business development.

Committed to long-term relationship selling with our customers and earning repeat business and referrals.

A great communicator, both verbally and in writing. Grammar and spelling are exceptionally important to portray our high standards to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales: 1 year (required) with experience selling outdoor living

Estimating: 1 year (required) with a demonstrated ability to accurately account for labor and material costs

Construction: 1 year (required) with experience in outdoor living (preferred)

Project Management/CRM software

Clean driving record

Commission Compensation

Generous tiered commission structure with OTE of $100K+

4% commission paid on contract amount

Commission percentage increases once minimum sales targets are met

Bonuses available

This position has the option to be either a W2 or 1099 position, and the commission structure and benefits will depend on that structure. We are open to discussing what is best for everyone!
