Experienced Maintenance Technician for Immediate Start

BOLDER Maintenance is seeking an experienced and highly motivated maintenance technician for an immediate start. The ideal candidate needs to have an extensive knowledge of residential/building maintenance systems and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Complete a variety of routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance items.

Light plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC work.

Drywall [repairs/patching], painting, texturing, and caulking.

Troubleshooting repair issues.

Snow and/or ice removal.

Carpentry skills are a plus.

Requirements

Must be able to work independently, while thriving in a team setting when required.

Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Must have access to a reliable vehicle.

Maintain a professional and clean appearance.

Sense of urgency, flexibility, and punctuality.

Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lay down. Must be able to lift and move 75+ lbs.

Employment Information

Company based in Boulder. Work will occur mainly in the Boulder area with occasional travel to Denver.

1099 employment.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. On-call if necessary for emergencies.

Starting at $30/hour, paid weekly.
