Rowdy Mermaid is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Technician to join the rowdy team based at our Boulder, CO facility. This full time position is 35-40 hours a week with limited requests for optional overtime. This position will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse duties, including but not limited to inbound and outbound shipments, local deliveries, and pickups, building pallets, and providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all inbound and outbound shipments from the warehouse

Ensure accurate management of all finished goods inventories

Own communication for and dispersal of all inbound shipments to appropriate teams

Enforce facility procedures and protocols

Build all orders from pick sheets using First In First Out convention

Perform all local deliveries and pickups of products and materials as needed

Maintain cooler and warehouse organization and cleanliness

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Be comfortable lifting up to 60 pounds unassisted and working on feet for long periods

Possess a clean driving record and valid Colorado ID

Have the ability to load and unload vehicles without assistance

Possess a strong attention to detail and work ethic

Have the ability to pass a driving test, background check, and drug test if requested

Be able to drive a 16 foot box truck comfortably in congested areas

Strive for excellence with record keeping and job performance metrics

Have friendly customer service skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Have experience driving large vehicles

Be familiar with FIFO, pallet building, and food facility protocols

Have familiarity with outbound and inbound documentation, BOLs

Be experienced with operating pallet jacks, lifts, and forklifts

This is an FDA facility and facial piercings, makeup, perfumes, etc. are not permitted on the production floor. Personal cleanliness and uniforms are strictly enforced.
