General Laborer/Tile & Carpentry Assistant

About the Job

Heritage Kitchen & Bath, an industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential renovation and new home market, is seeking skilled laborers with construction experience.

Candidates must be skilled in:

Demolition.

Interior trim.

Tile and carpentry experience is a plus!

To be considered for employment you must possess:

Clean background.

Basic background in construction is a plus.

Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable work vehicle.

Must speak fluent English.

Heritage Kitchen & Bath is looking for a either a full-time/long-time employee OR subcontract labor on a regular basis. As a team member, you will be working in a fast-growing, challenging work environment with fellow Heritage team members. Construction experience is a plus, as there are always days when our team needs to think on their feet and wear many hats!

For full time employees we offer:

Paid Vacation (up to 10 days/year).

Paid mileage between projects.

Potential bonus program.

After 90 days you will be eligible for 401K.

Compensation based on experience - we offer a 30-day & yearly review for bonus structure & growth potential.
