Cabinet Delivery Driver

Established local custom cabinet company seeks delivery driver.

The main responsibility of this position requires the careful loading of cabinetry into a variety of delivery vehicles (large truck, step van, pickup or van) and delivering them safely to locations along the front range and occasionally to mountain destinations. Applicants must be physically able to move cabinets & miscellaneous items either manually or with 2-wheeled and appliance dollies, carts or other provided means.

Good appearance, personal presentation and positive attitude are also important as there will be varying degrees of interaction directly with customers.

As deliveries may not occur every day, there must be willingness to work in other departments of the cabinet shop. Woodworking or finishing skills are not required but may be helpful. In the right situation, a "delivery only" position could be considered.

Very competitive pay, Mon - Thurs work schedule.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- CDL license not required

- Operate 26' truck & other delivery vehicles safely

- Load vehicles accurately & safely

- Delivery & distribution at job sites

- Basic maintenance of delivery vehicles

- Assistance in other areas of shop

- Contribute quality control

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

- Good driving record and active drivers license and insurable required

- Good personal appearance & professional presentation

- Personally organized and self-motivated

PAY BASED ON:

- Previous delivery experience

- Woodworking/Cabinet industry experience

- Flexibility and attitude
