Property Maintenance and Remodel Technician

Experienced maintenance Technician needed for busy growing Boulder based Maintenance and Remodel company.

3 years experience required.

We work in apartments, private homes and some commercial buildings

Ability to communicate and follow instruction, reliability and common sense a must.

Light electrical, plumbing, carpentry

Drywall repair, texture, painting

Experience with laying LVP, tile etc is plus.

General handyman skills and own hand tools required.

40 hours a week, no on call!

$25-$29 to start with a review after 60 days.
