C.N.A.'s or Experienced Care Provider's $22-$27/hour (Longmont)

Experienced (with ALL ADL's) and Happy C.N.A.'s OR Care Provider's, with experience working with Special Needs / Dementia. This is not a Home Health Care Agency. Searching for professional and committed Candidate to fill these 6 hour shift's Long Term. Working One on One with a happy and funny 49-year-old man in his home and out in his community. Provides personal care, cooking and is creative and likes to have fun with planning, assisting and playing Activities in home and outings in community. Clients loves people and very social, Enjoys board games, card games, being read to, playing with his dog, sharing stories about his life and yours, going out to eat, church, music, general outings and live bands. Also enjoys going to Trivia Nights at a local establishment. Client provides their own vehicle and gas for all outings.

Evening Shifts from 4:30pm-10:30pm:

-Every other Thursdays, All Fridays and All Saturdays.

Applicants have:

Experience with Brain Injury and dementia

Trained/experienced in providing excellent personal care for all ADL's.

Are truly personally happy and are able to provide creative/fun activities and redirection

Playful, imaginative, conversational and engaging

Reliable, timely, able to multi-task and proactive

Ability to fill in other shifts throughout week with advanced notice

Has current references and reliable transportation

Can pass background check

COVID Vaccinated and follows CDC guidelines/protocols

Employee's are paid on 10th and 25th by Direct Deposit. Employee's accumulate sick leave or PTO at 30 hours worked:1 hour accrued. Generous raise at 6 months and 1 year.
