Coleman Associates is helping to revolutionize health care for the underserved. We are a mission-based organization that serves and supports Community Health Centers all across the United States. This position is single-handedly responsible for the internal success of all headquarters administration for all of our company training. Specifics include generating, editing, packing, and shipping materials for Coleman’s in-person and virtual training events as well as helping with scheduling, planning, anticipating, and succeeding in dazzling our clients.

Provides administrative support to Coleman Associates project managers for their training events. This position updates our materials database, our email database (MailChimp), our participant databases, our data spreadsheets (with team results), ensures timely production of training materials, and helps to maintain inventory, and keeps track of supply and equipment coordination. This position also helps produce our virtual training events by utilizing Zoom to make breakout rooms and move participants in and out seamlessly. All of this is done so employees and associate subcontractor trainers feel immense Coleman support and so that clients rave about their cohesive, timely, impeccable, branded Coleman experience.
