Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are not just experienced, but who also bring compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude to their work. Our ideal candidate has:

Experience: At least one year in caregiving and personal care work.

Maturity: We value caregivers who are 40+ years old, bringing patience, empathy, and a cheerful disposition to the role.

Specialized Skills: Experience with dementia care is a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in North Boulder and Longmont, with the ability to handle varied shifts.

Experience Required: Experience is appreciated but not required – we will train you!
