Sous Chef and Baker

Looking for a strong sous chef and lead baker to join our growing team. For the baker we would like 3-5 years experience in a similar role with scratch baking, an ability to read, multiply, and execute recipes as well as work with the chef to ensure a consistent product as well as assist to push production along. For the sous chef we are looking for an individual with 5+ years experience in a similar role and a strong foundation of cooking knowledge.
