House Manager (live in), East Boulder Home

House manager for a Boulder family to work roughly 10 hours per week, doing shopping, errands (trash, recycling, dry cleaning, groceries, pharmacy) and dog services on their own schedule. Responsibilities include house monitoring and dog care when we are traveling. Pay for weekly tasks is $20 per hour, plus housing. Position and housing are immediately available.

We provide a furnished studio apartment with kitchenette with a separate entrance and garage in an East Boulder home, at no cost to the employee. The employee must have their own transportation, and a $50 monthly gas stipend is paid.

This position has been filled by CU students for many years and is perfect for a student schedule. We prefer someone who can stay for 2 years, with financial incentive provided.
