RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst in Aurora, Colorado (CO).
Summary:We require a Business Analyst (BA)/Transformation Leader for multiple new and ongoing projects. The BA/TL will report to the Sales Support manager, lead change management and deploy and maintain various projects. The candidate will work with various IT groups to end users.Duties: Current/Future business processes/diagrams, identify gaps, prepare Power Point presentations, Change Management Documents, and Test Plans Create and maintain project documentation Facilitate day-to-day coordination with various IT and business teams Prepare business cases and participate in software testingREQUIREMENTS: Ability to work with complex software systems Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, Business, IT teams and bring people together in global team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills Driven, culturally adaptable with a positive 'can-do' attitude Ability to adhere to tight timeline and address competing priorities Experience developing software would be beneficial, but is not requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
