Position Summary 

The Housekeeping Supervisor helps maintain high levels of cleanliness within guest rooms and public areas through inspection, reporting, and cleaning. The Housekeeping Supervisor also helps train and manage staff. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.Job Posting Deadline

    Help train and manager housekeeping staff 

    Brief housekeeping staff on events, occupancy of the day, and the cleaning focus of the day 

    Provide housekeeping staff with necessary tools to complete cleaning assignments   

    Monitor the speed of housekeeping staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner  

    Make housekeeping boards with the cleaning focus of the day 

    Inspect rooms and public areas for overall cleanliness

    Maintain constant communication with front desk about early arrivals, late departures, and room requests 

    Stay abreast on occupancy of the day, departure and arrivals, event(s) of the day, VIP rooms, special requests, and guest reviews 

    Assist in cleaning rooms and public areas as needed   

    Other duties as assigned
