On-site apartment building manager / Handyman needed

In search for an on-site property manager of a 32 unit apartment building, who is also a capable handyman for small jobs on property. Responsibilities would include:

- collecting rents

- respond to phone inquiries regarding vacant units and show vacant units to prospective tenants

- report any suspicious activities to property management company

- perform move-in and move out inspections

- take care of light maintenance including simple repairs

Compensation:

- 2 bedroom rental unit at subject property

- $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
