Pool Construction Laborer / Construction Helper – Starting Part-Time

We are a pool construction company looking to add a reliable, hard-working individual to our crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who is not afraid of physical labor and enjoys working outdoors.

Job Duties May Include:

Pool tile installation assistance, Basic plumbing assistance, Shoveling, trenching, grading, and cleanup, Moving materials and tools, General construction labor, Occasional interaction with homeowners in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude, Willingness to learn and take direction, Ability to handle physical labor in outdoor conditions, Comfortable working around construction equipment, Able to speak respectfully with homeowners when needed

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is REQUIRED. Consistent attendance and punctuality, Must be physically capable of lifting, digging, and working full shifts outdoors
