Job Title: Armed Security Officer – Dispensary

Location: Multiple locations in Ventura County

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Armed Security Officer to provide safety and security for a licensed dispensary. The ideal candidate will ensure the protection of personnel, customers, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft, violence, and other disruptions.

- Provide a visible and professional security presence.

- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely and effective manner.

- Enforce regulations and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.

- Assist in managing access control and maintaining order during busy hours.

Requirements:

- Your own Firearm

- Your own bullet proof vest (Black)

- Your own pants (Green/Olive)

- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent

- Current valid California Guard Card

- Current valid California Exposed Firearms Permit

- Prior experience working as an armed security officer

- Clear criminal record

- Excellent decision-making skills

- Strong commitment to the well-being of others

- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under stressful situations

- Neat and professional appearance

- Capacity to stand on feet for extended periods

- Flexible schedule (A MUST)

Current shifts available:

Opening shift: 0800-1630 - Monday - Sunday

Closing shift: 1400-2200 - Monday - Sunday

OT after the 8th hour.

Part time shifts, hours, and weekend shifts available as well.
