Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (Remote - California ONLY)

Position: Bilingual Patient Appointment Coordinator

Location: Remote (California residents only)

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch: 11:30 AM 12:00 PM) non-flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming patient calls and provide excellent service

Assist patients with scheduling, billing, and general inquiries

Maintain patient records with accuracy

Communicate with dental providers and office staff as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required - fluent

Previous experience in a dental office preferred (medical office experience acceptable)

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Comfortable with technology, including: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams), Experience with Open Dental software preferred

Must have access to a quiet and private environment to adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations

Reliable home internet and Wi-Fi connection (with a $50/month reimbursement stipend)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $18 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Flexible remote work (California-based only)

40 hours vacation time for 0-12 months, 80 hours after 12 months
