Hourly Rate: $22/hour

Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Work Location: In-office

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ventura. This position requires working from the office and involves handling a variety of administrative tasks. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent multitasking and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of clerical tasks including filing, organizing documents, calendar management, data entry, record

keeping, handling office correspondence, developing and monitoring logs.

Prepare meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and handle basic office maintenance. Greet visitors and clients,

providing a professional and courteous first impression.

Send forms for signatures, prepare documents as requested, and ensure they are processed and filed appropriately.

Collect receipts, file them, and send them to accounts payable.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Managing team. Be flexible and

adaptable to handle various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong typing skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Operate standard office equipment.

Previous office experience is a plus but not required.

Must be team-oriented, patient, friendly, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
