Offerings:

Hourly Pay: $20-$30, based on experience

Year-round work availability

Company truck, gas card, and cellphone for Team Leads

Provided tools

Paid holidays (6 days), Sick leave (4 days), and vacation

Weekend offs and comfortable shift timings: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Ideal Candidate:

Has 2-5 years of diverse roofing experience, especially in tile roofing

Has 2 years of leadership experience in roofing

Holds a valid CA Driver's License with a clean record

Can handle heavy work, including lifting and moving items up to 110 pounds

Is comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus, not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

Manage installs, repairs, and reroofs across a variety of materials

Organize the job site, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality work

Guide the team in the Roofer Development program and August Roofing SOPs

Adhere to and ensure OSHA safety guidelines are followed by all crew members

Operate company vehicles and various equipment responsibly
