MAINTENANCE WORKER II

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker II to perform preventative maintenance tasks such as repairs, maintaining, and cleaning of our facilities and grounds. You will be responsible for basic fixes to buildings, grounds and equipment to ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate is responsive to situations, quick problem solver, attention to detail, ability to do routine maintenance repairs on buildings, has basic construction knowledge, HVAC experience, and has worked on maintaining pools. Needs to be familiar with OSHA safety, tag out process and conducts safe handling and lifting of cleaning chemicals.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

3 years of related work experience

Valid drivers license

Proof of COVID vaccination
