Qualifications:

Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a high volume and fast-paced restaurant.

A desire to display Hospitality to both guest and fellow team members

Can-do attitude

Have a flexible work schedule

Weekend availability is a must

Be able to effectively communicate with team members

Ability to stay calm under pressure

A great attitude

A commitment to learn

Clean and organized working habits

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

POS knowledge (Toast) required for Server & Bar

Food Handlers and RBS Cert

Knife skill and food preparation for BOH Team

Must Love BBQ

Floor Leads/Supervisors- $20-$24 DOE

All FOH (Server, Bartender, Barback, Busser, Runner, Host)staff minimum wage plus tips.

BOH staff (Line cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher)$18-21 DOE
