Description Senior AccountantJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5-8 YearsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)Overview:We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of comprehensive accounting experience, preferably with CPA certification. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in financial leadership, reporting directly to the Finance Manager or Controller.Responsibilities:Financial Leadership:

Provide financial guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Collaborate with management in strategic financial planning.

Advanced Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of complex financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

ERP Systems Management:

Manage and optimize the use of ERP systems, including NetSuite, SAP, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Great Plains.

Implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Audit Preparation:

Prepare and coordinate audit activities, collaborating with external auditors.

Ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

Month-End and Year-End Close:

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Perform detailed review and analysis of financial data.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct advanced financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

Provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).

5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including NetSuite, SAP, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Great Plains.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
