Millennium Construction, a reputable General Contractor, is currently building a 91,000 sq. ft. Assisted Living Facility at 2400 Filbert, Oakland, CA. We are seeking experienced subcontractors to provide Hard Cost Estimates for the following trades to help us secure funding for the project:

Foundation

Framing

Sheetrock and Finishing

Stucco

Electrical

Mechanical (HVAC systems)

Plumbing

Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems

Flooring

Acoustical Ceiling

Painting

Doors and Trim

Roofing

Windows and Glazing

Landscaping

Insulation

Millwork and Cabinetry

Concrete Flatwork (e.g., sidewalks, patios)

Site Utilities (e.g., sewer, water, storm drainage)

Specialty Equipment Installation (if applicable for assisted living facilities)

Here is the schematic floor plan. The office building permit plan is not ready.

We have preliminary schematic plans available for review. Subcontractors who provide estimates will be prioritized during the bidding process once the project begins, provided your bid is competitive.
