Foreman - Structural Concrete

Position Summary

The Foreman is responsible for the quality completion of jobs, field production, crew management and is held accountable for the tasks as delegated to them by the project manager.

Specific Duties

Prepare 2 week ‘Look-Ahead’ schedule weekly & submit to Superintendent every

Monday morning

Hold weekly safety meetings with crew

End of Day Status Report to Superintendent

Communicate to Superintendent the need for materials, equipment & manpower

- minimum of 2 days ahead

Daily Inventory - Tools, Supplies, Etc. for Future Work

Meet Project Goals For Crew Man Hours

Ensure all construction is built per the bid, plans and specifications

Communicate to Crew the daily and weekly Production Goals

Monitor concrete pour on pour day. Know how much concrete is needed to finish

Set Elevations for Building Pad, Finish Floor & Sub Grades

Qualifications / Requirements

Maintain positive work environment and team player attitude

Maintain quality workmanship per industry standards

Ability to read and understand plan and specifications

Bilingual English/Spanish is not required, but helpful
